Payroll Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Payroll Manager at Ocmin Healthcare, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our healthcare professionals, maintaining financial integrity, and supporting staff well-being.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll process, including data entry and timekeeping validation
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and tax laws
  • Maintain accurate payroll records
  • Administer employee benefits
  • Generate payroll reports for management
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws
  • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
