JOB SUMMARY:

As a Caregiver at Ocmin Healthcare, you will provide compassionate care and support, ensuring the well-being and comfort of patients in their homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide medication reminders and support meal preparation
• Help with mobility and exercise routines
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Document and report patient changes to healthcare teams

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a caregiver, nursing assistant, or similar role
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
